Replacement & Warranty Policy

If a customer is eligible for a replacement product, Kymsly will provide an identical product or one of equivalent value. If neither option is available, we may offer a refund or repair the product within a reasonable timeframe. Refund and repair rights apply to the replacement product just as they do to the original purchase.

All products sold by Kymsly come with a 3-year warranty.
